Gega Oil: The 5th Largest Company in Albania

In 2022, Gega Oil Group secured its position as the fifth-largest enterprise in Albania’s business landscape. The company reported an annual revenue of approximately 443 million USD, marking a significant 23% increase compared to the previous year. This growth can be attributed to the rise in the unit cost of oil and its related products.

According to the company’s 2022 activity report, Gega Oil Group SHA experienced a reduction in wholesale operations for diesel and gasoline. This was due to the increase in fuel prices on the stock market, combined with lower demand from its clients as a result of the ongoing crisis.

Furthermore, the company has directed its investments toward the energy sector in the Porto Romano area of Durrës and has also strengthened its existing storage capacity.
