Fuel Station Manager
Job Description
Gega Oil is looking for an experienced Gas Station Manager to run the operations of our station in Tirana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the station, coordinating staff and ensuring quality customer service.
This position offers excellent opportunities for professional development in one of the largest fuel companies in Albania.
Main Responsibilities
-Managing the day-to-day operations of the gas station
-Managing and coordinating the work team (5-8 employees)
-Ensuring high standards of customer service
-Monitoring sales and reporting performance
-Implementing safety and quality procedures
-Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers
-Training and developing new staff
Requirements
-University degree in Management, Business or similar field
-Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial positions
-Strong team management skills
-Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English
-Good computer skills (MS Office, POS systems)
-Flexibility to work in different schedules
